1. Introduction

Welcome to Pantheon Golf, a private golf society operated by Pantheon Golf LLC (“Pantheon Golf,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.pantheongolf.com, participation in our membership programs, events, and any associated services or products offered by Pantheon Golf (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website, submitting a membership application, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

2. Eligibility

Pantheon Golf membership is available by invitation and private review only. Applicants must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Submit truthful, complete, and accurate information in their application.
  • Agree to comply with all club rules, event guidelines, and conduct standards.
    Membership applications are reviewed individually. Pantheon Golf reserves the right to accept or deny membership at its sole discretion without explanation.

3. Membership and Access

3.1 Membership Levels

Pantheon Golf offers various membership tiers, including but not limited to:

  • Individual Memberships
  • Family Memberships
  • Corporate or Institutional Memberships
    Each membership provides specific privileges, access levels, and benefits as defined by Pantheon Golf and may vary by region or club location.

3.2 Membership Privileges

Membership may include access to:

  • Pantheon Golf indoor clubs and private facilities
  • The Pantheon Journal and digital member content
  • Invitations to tournaments, events, and travel experiences
  • Concierge services and partnerships with external vendors
  • Global reciprocity within the Pantheon network of clubs

3.3 Non-Transferability

Membership and associated privileges are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, or shared without written approval from Pantheon Golf.

4. Membership Fees and Payments

4.1 Fee Structure

All membership fees, annual renewals, event charges, and concierge costs are clearly communicated prior to payment. Fees may vary by region, service level, or event.

4.2 Payments

Payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods include major credit cards, wire transfers, or approved financial arrangements.

4.3 Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. Event and travel refunds may be considered at the discretion of Pantheon Golf in cases of documented hardship or official cancellation.

4.4 Late or Failed Payments

Pantheon Golf reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership privileges for unpaid balances or repeated failed transactions.

5. Conduct and Member Obligations

Members are expected to maintain the highest standards of conduct, integrity, and discretion at all times. Pantheon Golf reserves the right to revoke membership if a member:

  • Engages in conduct deemed damaging to the reputation of Pantheon Golf or its affiliates.
  • Violates confidentiality agreements, event rules, or nondisclosure guidelines.
  • Abuses club facilities, staff, or privileges.
    All members must adhere to the standards outlined in the Member Code of Conduct, provided upon acceptance.

6. Concierge and Third-Party Services

Pantheon Golf may facilitate travel, reservations, and event access through its concierge team and selected partners. While we endeavor to ensure exceptional experiences, Pantheon Golf is not responsible for third-party actions, cancellations, or services. Any disputes, refunds, or claims regarding third-party services must be addressed directly with the provider.

7. Events, Competitions, and Tournaments

Participation in Pantheon Golf events, including indoor play, online tournaments, and live majors, is subject to official rules, scheduling, and qualification criteria. Pantheon Golf reserves the right to modify competition formats, scoring systems, or venues without notice. Members acknowledge that participation in any sporting activity involves inherent risks and agree to release Pantheon Golf from liability related to injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

8. Digital Platforms and Content

8.1 Intellectual Property

All content on www.pantheongolf.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the exclusive property of Pantheon Golf or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without express written permission.

8.2 Member Portal

Certain features, including event scheduling, The Pantheon Journal, and virtual competitions, may be accessible only to active members. Access credentials must remain confidential. Misuse of login information may result in suspension or termination.

8.3 User Content

By submitting feedback, testimonials, or other content to Pantheon Golf, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that material for marketing and promotional purposes in alignment with our brand.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pantheon Golf and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, services, or participation in events, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Pantheon Golf’s total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Pantheon Golf within the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pantheon Golf, its affiliates, officers, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, participation in events, or breach of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

12. Termination

Pantheon Golf may suspend or terminate membership or access to the website at any time if it determines that a member or user has violated these Terms, engaged in inappropriate conduct, or failed to meet membership obligations. Termination does not release you from any outstanding financial commitments.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Changes to These Terms

Pantheon Golf reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
